2024 – A Christmas Dance Movie
End of 2024 I came up with this idea for a short Christmas Dance movie which I wanted to make. For this film I wanted to build a real filmset and make it look as cinematic and Christmassy as possible. There is a reference to the making off below.
2021 – COLORS
In 2019 I started writing and producing COLORS, a scifi dance shortfilm which intially was meant to be done in a year, but took 4 years to release. In this movie I wanted to show a united world, in which everyone mattered, hence I wanted the whole world to dance together to protect the Earth against an extraterrestial threat. We used a greenscreen studio to record all of my dancer friends, who we would multiply in the computer. However, VFX is a very expensive matter and I had ran out of budget. Therefore I ended up teaching myself in 2 years how to create the VFX myself and could then finally finish the movie, which was released in 2021 at the CGBros YouTube Channel (with over 4 million subscribers).
2022 – Bboy Commercial
Okay this one is not entirely for the creative purpose, but after having performed in numerous commercials myself, I thought I could do it myself and created this epic breakdance commercial for bboy beanies that we sold online. They were doing pretty well 😉
2021 – Sambal Commercial
This was my first experiment trying to create a commercial, for a Sambal brand I really love (yes, this is a recommendation ;)). We ended up selling this one to the brand.
